Bonjour! I’m Kevin Briand, or Super Kev as the guys at Fitness First on Flinders Street call me. I came to Melbourne in 2010 after many years training and competing as a gymnast in France. Since then I’ve been sharing my unique style of strength, fitness and mobility training with my clients and those who work out with me. By drawing on my experience in gymnastics, dance and yoga, and by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in human movement, health, and fitness, I’ve developed the skills to help you achieve your goals. I’m passionate about passing on my knowledge and enabling those who train with me to align body and mind, to perfect form and balance, and to train with Symmetry.

Oh yes, I also love dancing - especially Brazilian Zouk. If you’d like to learn, I’m more than happy to give you an introductory lesson!
