Hi I’m Kevin - or as some people like to call me, “Super Kev.” Since the age of three, my life has been all about body movement and expression. My background in dance and gymnastics has taught me the importance of building strength through agility and mobility.
As a personal trainer it’s my mission to pass this knowledge on to you. I want to change how you perceive your body movement, posture and alignment when you train and in your everyday life. I want to help you keep your body in balance. I want to teach you to train with Symmetry!
